Lotus Dunnage is one of the world leading manufacturer of dunnage bags. We strive to provide the most safety solutions for load securement during transportation.
We serve with 5 different levels according to AAR standards, 30+ different sizes, 130+ different airbags.
MANUFACTURING
Our integrated production process of dunnage airbags consists of cutting, printing, heat sealing and sewing by utilizing the latest technology and equipment. In early stages, tapes and fabrics are tested for their tensile strengths. Quality controls are carried out at each stage of the production. A flat wall pressure test is applied to finished bags and burst tests are also randomly applied to the bags taken off the production line. All our bags are produced under strict ISO 9001 standards.

QUALITY CONTROL

The quality control test frequency for dunnage bags is as follows: we test 3% of each batch for 4 Trans and Level 1 bags, 30% for Level 2 bags, 100% for Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 bags.
