Dunnage Bags
It secures cargo during transit by effectively preventing load movement and minimising damage risk during transportation. Composed of an air-tight polyethylene inner layer with a reusable valve and a poly woven outer layer. Come in 6 different levels: L0,L1, L2, L3-4, and L5 with a wide range of dimensions.
Kraft Paper Dunnage Air Bags
Constructed with an outer material consisting of two layers of extensible kraft paper and a strong multilayer inner PE tube material giving maximum strength. The unique design of lock down valve provides airtight seal which ensures safety of the cargo during transportation. These are placed in the voids and inflated which keeps the load intact and makes the cargo secure, stabilized and effectively protected against transit damage. Come in 6 different levels: L0,L1, L2, L3-4, and L5
Paper and Woven Dunnage Bags
Its outer bag is composed of kraft paper and poly woven, which has good abrasion resistance, highly cost effective.
Inflator Tools
Our Inflator Tool is one of fastest filling inflator tools for Dunnage Air Bags. For use with 2 ply Air Bags, its proprietary design uses ambient air to quickly fill the bags while conserving the use of air from your air compressor. Once the Dunnage Air Bag reaches a certain level of air pressure, your air compressor kicks in to top off the bag with just the right amount of air.
